Jujube Red Dates

Jujube dates tea is a traditional, soothing herbal infusion made from dried jujube fruits. It calms the mind and relieves mental tension, which helps for better sleep. It may also boost one's immune system,  and ease constipation. It is also a great source of vitamin C and potassium.

Preparation: Recipes vary but generally involve boiling pitted, sometimes sliced, jujubes with ginger and water for a period, then straining and sweetening with honey or rock sugar.
