Itsa Baley was founded in 2025 by Rebekah and Geanjesse Posadas, a couple inspired to bring the rich tradition of tea culture to the Cordillera Region of the Philippines—a place where coffee has long dominated.

Recognizing that countries like Thailand, Taiwan, and Vietnam thrive in climates and altitudes similar to those of the Cordillera, they saw the potential to cultivate a new appreciation for tea in the region. By introducing premium teas from abroad, Itsa Baley opens doors for Filipinos to explore diverse flavors and wellness benefits beyond the familiar.

While herbs, flowers, and spices are abundant locally, many remain underutilized and uncultivated. Itsa Baley seeks to bridge this gap—celebrating global tea traditions while nurturing the possibilities of what can be grown and cherished here at home.
